Well, in short, perhaps this is what it is going to come to: let the teachers put a tip jar on their desk and if the kids pass the test and feel that the teacher or "facilitator" was instrumental in the effort then, hey, what the heck, drop a buck into the tip jar. This can be disbursed at the end of the week - don't forget to save for a rainy day.
